Replica vs Original: The New Rolex 126500 by Clean

The latest release from Clean, the C Factory 4131, brings an exciting new take on the Rolex 126500 model with its distinctive white dial options. Previously, the debate has centered around the different shades of white available, such as the cool white and warm white tones.

With the 126500, Rolex has introduced a hue that falls between warm and cool white, and Clean has done an excellent job replicating this color. Furthermore, the watch’s indices and lume have been crafted with meticulous detail, although some variations were noted in the curvature of the indices and the shape of the hands’ cylinder heads.

It’s worth highlighting that Rolex may be clearing out old 4130 stocks, as Clean observed some older-style tapered cylinder hands in the genuine models they acquired for comparison. Despite these minor discrepancies, the overall appearance of the case and bracelet is impressively similar between the replica and the original.

Despite the tight timeline, Clean managed to purchase five genuine pieces early on, investing significantly in ensuring authenticity in their replica. The market value of the original watch has already experienced a notable decrease exceeding $100,000, excluding the dismantled or damaged components.

Having examined both replicas and originals closely and taken comparison photos, I believe this launch represents an impressive achievement for Clean. The decision to use the SH4131 movement reflects a complex strategy, emphasizing that SH does not equate to lower quality. Clean assures that the production cost of the SH4131 was not less than that of the DD4130.

To provide an accurate representation, I will include photographs taken in natural light, as lighting can influence color perception. These images should be considered as the benchmark for evaluating the product.
