The distinctive lugs, inspired by the iconic Maltese cross—the brand’s hallmark—derive their design from a tiny gear component found in mechanical movements. Originally used to connect the barrel cover, this element ensures stable power transmission by adjusting the tension of the spring, thus enhancing accuracy.

The dial features two rectangular windows at the 12 o’clock position, displaying the day and month. At the outer edge, the date is indicated by an arrow-tipped hand. The 6 o’clock position showcases the moon phase, adorned with a blue sky and platinum moon, complemented by platinum Arabic numerals and baton markers, which harmonize beautifully with the deep moon phase display.
