ZF Factory has once again astonished the watch industry with the unveiling of the RM35-02, marking a new milestone in horological innovation.

This exceptional timepiece features a case crafted from high-tech TPT quartz fiber material. With dimensions of 49.94*44.5MM and an impressive thickness of less than 45μm, the case is a marvel of modern engineering. The silica fiber layers, interwoven with special resin fibers at a 45-degree angle, are heated to 120 degrees Celsius in a three-stage high-temperature furnace, then shaped by ProArt. The natural white quartz fiber is lightweight, offering extraordinary impact resistance, hypoallergenic properties, and UV resistance.

At its core, the RM35-02 houses the newly developed Calibre RMAL1 integrated movement. The movement’s baseplate and bridges are crafted from grade 5 titanium using a sandblasting technique, finished with PVD/Titaly treatment for maximum rigidity and a smooth surface. It features a distinctive variable geometry rotor, allowing you to accelerate or decelerate winding by adjusting six small wings. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 VPH and is equipped with a twin barrel system to ensure greater and more stable torque, providing a 55-hour power reserve.

Most importantly, the RMAL1 movement stands out with its unique feature of using two genuine white sapphires in the balance wheel, integrated into a unified base, a first in the market. This sets it apart from other manufacturers who use pasted gems, highlighting the significant advancements achieved by ZF in research and development.
