PPF Factory unveils the new generation mainstay – the Cal.26-330SC movement, marking a significant technological leap. The 330SC is the upgraded successor to the 324 movement, integrating advanced components into a solitary module, including enhancements to the balance wheel, gears, and hairspring. The craftsmanship on the plates is exceptional, featuring laser-engraved fonts and meticulous Geneva stripes and fish scales, adding to its aesthetic and premium feel.

One of the notable changes in the 330 movement is the transformation of the automatic rotor, transitioning to a more rounded crescent shape. Additionally, the rotor’s central shaft locking mechanism now incorporates a ruby bearing, offering greater security than the previous screw design.

The 330 movement boasts important technical improvements, such as a genuine functional transmission wheel. Replacing the decorative silver wheel with a true gold wheel, the movement employs a perfected 4-stage acceleration system. From the spring to the gear train, with stable torque and enhanced power transmission efficiency, it ensures steady amplitude and minimizes second-hand jitter.

The most significant addition to the 330 movement is the stop-seconds mechanism. Utilizing a traditional watch chain, the balance wheel halts when the crown is pulled and a slight pulse is initiated when the crown is pushed back, aiding in the reactivation of the escapement module.
