Discover PPF’s Revolutionary Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 with Cal. 26-330SC Movement!

The PPF factory introduces the renewed Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711, featuring the all-new Cal.26-330SC movement. This marks a significant technological breakthrough for PPF, as the 330SC is the upgraded version of the 324 movement.

In the new 330 movement, Patek Philippe has integrated all components into a single module, with upgrades across the balance wheel, gears, and hairspring. The craftsmanship of the deck is exceptional, with all fonts laser-etched and the bridge polished with Geneva stripes and perlage, enhancing the aesthetic and premium feel.

A notable change in the 330 movement is the redesign of the automatic rotor, which now features a smoother, crescent-shaped angle. To improve safety, the central rotor axle locking mechanism includes a ruby bearing, replacing the former screws.

The most crucial technical detail of the 330 movement is the addition of a functional transmission wheel, upgraded from a decorative silver wheel to a genuine gold wheel. This provides a perfect 4-stage acceleration system, stabilizing torque and increasing power transmission efficiency through the barrel, third wheel, fourth wheel, and escape wheel, ensuring the balance is steady and preventing second hand ‘ticking’.

The 330 movement’s most significant enhancement is the stop-seconds mechanism. It employs a traditional chain, stopping the balance wheel when the crown is pulled and generating a slight pulse to help re-engage the escapement module when the crown is pushed back.
