ZF.Factory has once again stunned the watch industry with the groundbreaking release of the RM35-02, marking a new milestone in luxury timepiece design. This exceptional watch features a cutting-edge case made from high-tech TPT quartz fiber material, boasting dimensions of 49.94*44.5MM. Each quartz fiber layer, measuring less than 45μm thick, is intricately woven with special resin fibers using an automated control system. The fibers intersect at a precise 45-degree angle, ensuring unparalleled durability and impact resistance. After being heated to 120°C in a three-phase high temperature furnace, the layers are expertly molded by ProArt into a strikingly lightweight and hypoallergenic white quartz finish with remarkable UV resistance.
At the heart of the RM35-02 lies the newly developed Calibre RMAL1 integrated movement. Crafted with utmost precision, the movement’s base plate and bridges are manufactured using grade 5 titanium, treated with PVD/Titaly for maximum rigidity and a sleek surface. Highlighting its unique engineering, the watch features a variable geometry balance wheel, capable of adjusting six small wings to accelerate or decelerate winding, operating at a frequency of 28800 VPH. The dual spring barrel system ensures greater and more stable torque, offering an impressive 55-hour power reserve.
The RMAL1 movement stands out as the sole market offering with genuine white sapphire used on both the upper and lower ends of its integrated base balance wheel, setting it apart from other manufacturers’ adhesive gems. This remarkable achievement signifies a significant leap forward in ZF.Factory’s research and development capabilities, underscoring their commitment to innovation and excellence in watchmaking.
