ZF Factory has once again taken the watch world by storm with the introduction of the groundbreaking RM35-02 model, setting a new milestone in timepiece innovation. This extraordinary watch features a case made from high-tech TPT quartz fiber material, offering dimensions of 49.94×44.5MM.

The assembly involves alternating layers of silica fiber, each less than 45μm thick, interwoven with a special resin through an automated control system. These fibers, arranged at a 45-degree angle, are then heated in a three-tiered furnace to 120 degrees Celsius before being shaped at ProArt. Naturally white, the quartz fiber is lightweight yet offers exceptional impact resistance, non-allergenic properties, and UV resistance.

At its heart, the RM35-02 boasts the newly developed Calibre RMAL1 integrated movement. This movement incorporates baseplates and bridges crafted from Grade 5 titanium using sand-blasting techniques, treated with PVD/Titaly for maximum rigidity and smoothness. A distinctive variable-geometry rotor, equipped with six adjustable wings, can enhance or reduce winding speed, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The dual barrel system ensures greater and more stable torque, offering a 55-hour power reserve.

Most notably, the RMAL1 movement features two genuine white sapphires at the pivot points of the integrated base, distinguishing it from other manufacturers that use pasted jewels. This breakthrough represents a significant leap forward in ZF’s development, offering authenticity and precision not found elsewhere in the market.
