The latest masterpiece from RICHARD MILLE, the RM 38-02 Tourbillon Bubba Watson, is a striking tribute to the elegance of golf. This unique tourbillon watch is a collaborative design with professional golfer Bubba Watson, drawing inspiration from his favorite PING driver through its bold pink theme.
The new RM 38-02 showcases a case crafted from pink and white quartz TPT, combined with carbon fiber for a distinct overlapping texture. Its tonneau shape ensures a comfortable fit on the wrist, while the crown ingeniously mimics the dimpled surface of a golf ball, adding a playful touch to the design.
The watch features a fully open dial, allowing wearers to admire the intricate workings of the movement. The skeletonized bridges on the dial form a horizontal ‘V’ shape, while the pink hand-painted patterns reflect Bubba Watson’s club head. At the 6 o’clock position, the tourbillon structure can withstand a shock force of 10,000 g, maintaining peak performance even during high-speed swings.
Equipped with the RM 38-02 manual winding movement, the timepiece boasts a frequency of 28,800 vph and offers a 52-hour power reserve. The movement features a carbon fiber skeletonized baseplate, providing excellent shock resistance. The bridges are made from robust Grade 5 titanium, and the back incorporates pink decorative elements within its apertures.
