Discover the Unique Richard Mille RM59-01 Tourbillon Watch

The Richard Mille RM59-01 Tourbillon, fondly known as the Green Lizard 🦎, stands as a remarkable piece among the brand’s watches, designed specifically for sports competition. It boasts a unique interpretation of the iconic tonneau-shaped case that Richard Mille is known for. This fresh design features an elongated shape between the 2 o’clock and 5 o’clock positions, which not only avoids crown-to-wrist friction but also ensures exceptional wearing comfort. The case measures 51.10 x 43.10 x 15.20 mm and is crafted from TPT carbon fiber composite, a material celebrated for its high strength, lightweight nature, and durability.

One of the most striking features of this watch is the vibrant signature four-claw bridge visible on the dial. These bridges possess excellent flexibility, tightly securing the movement to mitigate damage from external shocks. The watch is powered by a manually wound tourbillon caliber, offering a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. Its movement beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The optimized gear train and variable inertia balance wheel ensure that the performance, regularity, and power reserve ratio reach a top-tier equilibrium.

The watch face is protected by a sapphire crystal glass with dual anti-reflective treatment, featuring a thickness of 1.2 mm in the center and 1.95 mm at the edges. Completing the watch is a strap made of imported fluoroelastomer material, recognized for its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, while providing soft and comfortable wearability.
