Richard Mille introduces the stunning RM 38-02 Tourbillon Bubba Watson, a watch that stands out with its bold pink aesthetic inspired by professional golfer Bubba Watson. This exquisite timepiece, crafted in collaboration with Watson, highlights his love for the iconic PING driver, infusing the design with a vibrant and joyful spirit.
The new model features a bezel and case back made from pink and white quartz TPT, and a middle case uniquely crafted from carbon TPT and pink quartz TPT, ensuring each case has its own distinctive interwoven pattern. The tonneau-shaped case ensures a snug fit on the wrist, and the crown mimics the dimpled texture of a golf ball, adding a playful touch to the overall design.
The openwork dial allows the wearer to admire the movement in full operation, featuring a V-shaped skeletonized bridge and pink hand-painted graphics reminiscent of Bubba Watson’s driver head. The tourbillon at 6 o’clock is engineered to withstand up to 10,000 g’s of force, ensuring stability even during the rapid swings of a professional golfer.
Powered by the RM 38-02 manual-winding movement, this watch offers a frequency of 28,800 vph and a 52-hour power reserve. The movement’s baseplate is crafted from carbon fiber for exceptional shock resistance, while the bridges are made from robust Grade 5 titanium, adorned with pink accents on the back for an added touch of elegance.
