The watch case measures 40.8MM in diameter, constructed from classic Patek Philippe stainless steel, showcasing a perfectly rounded octagonal shape. The left side of the case hosts a shark fin design, serving as the button for quick adjustments of the central hollow hour hand. This hand is specially designed to indicate the second time zone.

The dial is black and embossed, with metallic 3D markers covered in luminous coating. At 3 and 9 o’clock are rectangular day and night windows labeled ‘HOME’ and ‘LOCAL’, with blue and white respectively representing night and day. At 6 o’clock is a date dial with a pointer.

It’s equipped with the 324 SC FUS automatic movement module, successfully replicating the functions of the original Patek Philippe 5164A-001 base movement with dual-time module.
