One of the most notable features is the three silver sub-dials. The updated 4131 movement adds a bright circle around each sub-dial, an improvement Clean has executed excellently in terms of angle and brightness.

However, the fine details of the silver-grey sub-dials, while closely resembling the original, still fall slightly short in intricacy compared to the genuine article. This difference is almost unnoticeable to the naked eye, as observed in natural light comparisons.

Other elements such as the markers and luminescence are also well-crafted. Notably, while the original 4131 movement updated the pinion to a cylindrical shape, Clean’s batch of four genuine products revealed inconsistencies. For example, the smoothness of the markers varied, and some still featured the older conical pinion, indicating Rolex might still be clearing out old 4130 stock.

In comparing the case and bracelet, there are minimal visual discrepancies. Despite time constraints, Clean procured five genuine watches to perfect their replica. The value of these watches has reportedly depreciated by over $100,000, excluding disassembled and damaged parts.

Having scrutinized both original and replica pieces through photos and direct comparison, I find Clean’s creation to be a remarkable effort. The decision to use the SH4131 movement involved complex considerations, and it’s crucial to understand that SH does not imply low quality. Clean assures that their procurement costs for the SH4131 movement are comparable to those for the DD4130, reaffirming their commitment to quality over profit.
