Richard Mille has once again pushed the boundaries of watchmaking with the release of the RM 38-02 Tourbillon Bubba Watson. This striking timepiece is a collaboration with professional golfer Bubba Watson, taking inspiration from golf’s elegance and precision.

The RM 38-02 is distinguished by its vibrant pink theme, nodding to Watson’s favorite PING driver. The watch features a pink and white quartz TPT case with intertwined layers that are unique to each piece, capped by a carbon and pink quartz TPT middle layer, ensuring an extraordinary aesthetic that stands out.

Designed for both style and function, the tonneau-shaped case fits comfortably against the wrist, while the crown is cleverly modeled after a golf ball, adding to the watch’s playful and thematic detail. The fully openworked dial allows a complete view of the movement’s dynamic operation.

The watch showcases a V-shaped pink hand-painted pattern on the skeletonized bridges, a tribute to the clubhead used by Watson. Notably, the 6 o’clock tourbillon can withstand an impressive 10,000G of force, promising stability even during the high-speed swings of professional golfers.

Inside, the RM 38-02 is powered by a manual-winding movement with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, offering a power reserve of 52 hours. The movement features a carbon fiber skeletonized baseplate for superior shock resistance, while the robust Grade 5 titanium bridges incorporate pink accents on the reverse side.
